At Hiltec, we work with everything from machine design and automation solutions to the sale of standard machines, service, and assembly. Collaboration across departments is a key part of our various projects, both large and small. This fosters strong team cohesion and helps us get to know one another at work.
Currently, we are a team of around 50 employees working in our newly built premises, which we moved into in 2022. We call it an innovative technology center where everyone here plays a role in shaping the future of the industry. Exciting, isn’t it?
Every morning, we start the day with a shared breakfast – an essential part of building team spirit and making time to connect during the workday. Throughout the year, we also organize various team activities, including events outside of work hours. We believe this is important for getting to know one another and maintaining a positive atmosphere at work.

A new and modern work environment
Our new and modern technology center was completed in 2022. It houses offices, an assembly hall, manufacturing and a service workshop.
